How do I return an item?
Return & Replacement Policy
All items come with at least a 1 year manufacturer warranty which protects ALL of our customers from defective merchandise. With reduced prices, given the absence of additional costs customarily affixed to retail goods for transport, warehouse handling, packaging, over-sized retail displays and marketing our operating costs are minimal thus passing the savings along to our customers. In order to keep our costs to an absolute minimum and continue to offer great pricing on our furniture and accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item or items you purchased is defective. Returned items must be in new and unused condition. If you do receive a defective item, please contact us immediately (24-48 hours) with the details of the item and the defect via email or phone for an RMA (Replacement Merchandise Authorization). We will work closely with the manufacturer to determine if you are entitled to a replacement or repair as a result of the defect. In the event the item is "discontinued" customer will be provided with a comparable item and in the event one is not available a store credit equivalent to the original purchase price will be issued. Replacements should be returned into their original boxes if possible, and should be un-assembled. Always measure the space you plan on placing the furniture in to make sure it will fit prior to making an order. Our associates are able to assist you in your choice of home furnishings however the final decision on style, fabric, and finish is yours. Due to our iron clad manufacturer warranties & our manufacturer direct ordering policies, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns due to buyer's remorse.
